Nature Writing at the South Platte

Walk the river with rangers from the Carson Nature Center and then join two distinguished writers for workshops and readings focused on the natural world. Sponsored by the ACC Writers Studio, this event will feature Poet/Fiction Writer Eleanor Swanson and Poet/Essayist Reg Saner. The Nature Writing morning includes a presentation on the ecology and wildlife of the South Platte by the resident Naturalist and a short inspirational nature hike. The cost is $30 for nonstudents and $15 for ACC students. RSVP to by October 6

Reading Nature, Writing the World with Poet/Fiction Writer Eleanor Swanson Creationism: The Ecotone Made of Words with Poet/Essayist Reg Saner [cid:image002.jpg@01CB5332.409B9780][cid:image004.jpg@01CB5332.409B9780] When and Where: Saturday October 9 from 8 a.m.-Noon in the Carson Nature Center Solar Classroom in the South Platte Park, west and south of ACC.
Cost: $15 ACC students, $30 nonstudents.
